I am an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and International Business in the Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School - Newark and New Brunswick. In June 2015, I have been elected to serve a two year term as the President of the Asia Academy of Management.
At present, I am guest editing special issues in Journal of Management Studies and Journal of World Business. I am also serving as a senior editor at Journal of World Business for the 'Strategy, Institutions and Governance' track and at the Asia Pacific Journal of Management for the 'Governance, Institutions and Internationalization of Emerging Market Firms' track.
